Getting Ready for Your Kinbasket Getaway

Helpful information and important policies

Pet Policy

  • Dogs and all pets must be leashed at all times

  • Any incident related to pets is the pet owner's responsibility

  • Kinbasket Lake Resort does not assume any responsibility for pet-related incidents

  • By making a reservation, you agree to this policy and acknowledge it's a binding agreement

Bedding Option

  • Bring Your Own Bedding (BYOB) – We provide very high-quality queen mattress, mattress cover, fitted sheet. Please bring your own bedsheet, pillows, blanket and towel and other personal items

  • Bedding and supplies (bed sheet, pillow, blanket, towel) available at an additional cost of $40

  • Laundry option available, please ask at the front desk

Reservation Note

  • Full payment required at the time of Reservation to guarantee and confirm booking. NO security deposit is charged at the time of booking of cabin

  • GST 5%, PST 7%, MRDT 3% and a 3% credit card fee will be applied to all cabin bookings

  • No smoking or open flame allowed at any time inside the cabins

  • Pet must be attended and leashed at all times – kept off the beds/furniture – not left alone to bark. Please check out our PET POLICY

  • Limit one vehicle parking at cabin – no boat/trailer or equipment trailer parking at the cabins – remote parking available at the parking lot

  • Bring an axe or hatchet and something to start your fire with

  • Dish washing facility available on site

  • Hotwater shower, available at the shower station

  • Fire pits and picnic tables at each cabin

  • Canoe/Kayak available for rent

  • Fresh Coffee and slushie, ice, ice cream, pops, firewood for sale at the store

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in 4:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Mountain Standard Time/Alberta time)

  • Check-out 11:00 am (Mountain Standard Time/Alberta time)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation for refund requires 2 weeks advance notice

  • 15% charged as cancellation fee

  • Funds for late cancellations are non-refundable and there are no exceptions

  • All cancellations accepted via email only

  • By requesting a cancellation, you acknowledge and agree to this binding policy
