Important Notes for Your Stay
Cancellation
- Cancellation for refund requires 2 weeks advance notice
- 15% charged as cancellation fee
- Funds for late cancellations are non-refundable and there are no exceptions
- All cancellations accepted via email only
- By requesting a cancellation, you acknowledge and agree to this binding policy
Pet Guidelines
- Dogs and all pets must be leashed at all times
- Any incident related to pets is the pet owner's responsibility
- Kinbasket Lake Resort does not assume any responsibility for pet-related incidents
- By making a reservation, you agree to this policy and acknowledge it's a binding agreement
- The GST 5%, PST 7%, MRDT 3% and a 3% credit card fee will be applied to all cabin bookings pet fee applies (maximum 2 pets).
